Members will be aware that the WRC is now empowered to hold virtual hearings. The attention of members is drawn to a letter received from the CEO of the Workplace Relations Commission, together with the response thereto of our Chair Alex White SC. Members are encouraged to consult the WRC website for notices and information regarding arrangements for hearings.
