On the 21st of January the Employment Bar Association heled a CPD intended as a guide to practice and procedure in the WRC. Lead by Darach MacNamara BL and Emma Davey BL the attendees were brought through the steps required to bring and run a claim, including what is required in a WRC claim form, legal issues that can arise, preliminary points, submissions, settlements and other practical knowledge.
