Practice and Procedure in the WRC: All you need to know about running a case in the WRC

On the 21st of January, the Employment Bar Association held a CPD session intended as a guide to practice and procedure in the WRC.

Led by Darach MacNamara BL and Emma Davey BL, attendees were taken through the steps required to bring and run a claim, including what is required in a WRC claim form, legal issues that can arise, preliminary points, submissions, settlements, and other practical matters.
