This event will consider the way compensation is evaluated and awarded in statutory employment law complaints before the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court.
Attendees will better understand the legal and statutory basis for the award of compensation in employment rights disputes, the current state of law and practice in this area, and the potential areas of conflict between them.
