Tom Mallon BL

Tom was a founding member and first chair of the EBA. He has practised at the Bar for nearly 40 years almost exclusively in employment matters. He has appeared in all the courts, including the Supreme Court and the ECJ, in employment cases. Prior to his legal practice he worked in industry and spent five years with FUE (now IBEC) representing employers in industrial relations matters. He is an accredited mediator and joint author, with the late Dr Mary Redmond ,of Strikes: An Essential Guide To Industrial Action and the Law.
