Niamh McGowan BL

A graduate of University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (2.1 Hons), Niamh had a 17-year senior management career with the Jefferson Smurfit Group plc (as was), including 11 years at Chief Executive level, before deciding to study law at the King's Inns. Having graduated with a merit barrister-at-law degree, third in her class, she commenced practice as a barrister in 2006 specialising in employment, equality, and labour law. Since 2021 Niamh has been practising as a CEDR accredited mediator, mostly involved in workplace mediations.
