Cliona Kimber SC

Clíona Kimber SC is a Senior Counsel at the Bar of Ireland.  She has been practising in the area of employment law and equality law for 25 years.  She is the author (with Judge M Bolger and Claire Bruton BL) of the leading text, Employment Equality Law, which won an award for the best textbook in the year of its publication.  She has also been in the past Chair of the EBA and is currently Chair of Comhshaol, the Climate Bar Association and is on the committee of Cumann Barra na Gaeilge. She is increasingly interested in the impact of environmental damage and climate change on the equality and human rights of women and the most vulnerable in society.
