Caroline Doyle BL

Caroline Doyle is a barrister with over a decade of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She has a particular expertise in employment law, advising and representing clients across a broad range of workplace matters including termination, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance procedures, equality issues and wage disputes. In addition to her employment law practice, she has extensive experience in personal injury and health and safety litigation, as well as RTB enforcement proceedings. She has also served as a legal reporter for the Child Law Project for a number of years and assisted with research in the area of child protection proceedings.

In addition, her experience also includes advisory and consultancy roles for major organisations such as ESB Networks and Dunnes Stores. She has consulted for ESB in the management of workplace disputes and policy development, as well as delivering employment law workshops for management.
